Dr. Veale and her staff were so kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. I hadn't seen a doctor in a while because of my previous Drs treatment towards me, and they helped make me feel comfortable and safe. There was no wait and while my appointment went fast I never felt rushed.

I went to Dr. Veale with concerns about abnormal bleeding. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I felt that Dr. Veale’s approach was extremely patronizing. Without asking me my thoughts, she described for several minutes a treatment I did not want, and the only treatment I did receive was a pregnancy test. I was given no possible reasons for the bleeding and was instead told to make another appointment. When I was doing so in the waiting room, she publicly announced the results of my pregnancy test. I went to my car and cried. When I received the bill, I found that I had been charged a significant amount for the appointment. I went back to my original OBGYN who immediately gave me the care, kindness, and respect all patients deserve.

Katharine was great, very easy to talk to. She made the visit very smooth. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating, as well. Only complaint is the wait time- I waited for over an hour to be seen.
