My son was very happy with her, his is 18 and autistic and afraid of change but she handled him well and directly questions at him which is what I really liked because I'm trying to get him in a place to speak for himself.

Dr. Jacobson and her staff made a good first impression. Friendly, professional, courteous and charming... and most importantly, competent. Actually not minding that I will have to return for a follow-up in a month, and this is coming from someone who is borderline phobic about doctors.
The staff kept thanking me for taking advantage of the pre-appt form submission via ZocDoc. Nice one, ZD, everyone likes the feature!
