This was my first appointment with the office (I'm new to the area) and I was running a little bit late, but the front desk staff was super understanding and helpful, and Katie was able to see me before I even finished the paper work. I immediately felt comfortable with her and was comfortable asking her questions, which is a must for me with my doctors! I plan to use this office for my primary care, and I highly recommend Katie.

Everything about my visit was great! The office was lovely - as were all of the people I interacted with. NP Skiff was a dream of a clinician. I really felt like she heard and saw me, not just my symptoms. I would definitely recommend her to other people looking for a PCP.

The moment I walked in the door and the front office staff greeted me, I felt like I was important. I don’t need to be the center of attention and when I am sick and get a little TLC it’s meaningful to me, especially as nurse.
After a speedy check in and brief wait I heard my name called to go back to be seen. I really appreciate how each person interacted with me while they were engaged in my care. I felt the staff was fully present with me while asking questions and taking vital signs. I find having someone’s full attention is rare in our society today, and in a healthcare setting it is extremely valuable. I don’t always remember to tell my provider everything and I am comforted by attentive staff to help me.
My visit with Katie was very thorough. She listens to me. She respects my thoughts and opinions as a nurse and also gently reminds that I am her patient. I don’t know that I have the words to describe how much I respect and need a practitioner who can set that boundary while preserving my dignity. It is a hallmark sign of a gifted professional who I definitely trust with my healthcare.

She was amazing!! Helpful, funny, serious, and absolutely welcoming. She's coming from all angles to see how she can help me. Even wants me to chat her on mychart so that she can keep an update in the next 2 weeks so I don't need to go into the office. When I went to the office, it was a little confusing to find but they were very understanding that I was a few minutes late. They were short-staffed but were still thorough and very helpful in spite of that.

Katie does a very good job of taking her time gathering a complete history, and a complete understanding of your objectives, and then provides you with your options, and her expertise regarding the pro/cons of those options, so you can make the best decision you can. If you want to be involved, and responsible for your care, and need an expert adviser, I endorse Katie.
