Mrs STA I forth was very very nice and professional at the time she took her time explaining everything that I needed to know, and she made sure I understood what she was saying. This was probably one of the first Dr that I liked From all my previous visits to other clinics.

I had some cold symptoms and I could understand why they would do a covid test cut basically kicked me out when I already made contact with me already I was just going there for medication follow up. On top of that they didn't even call me to tell me my covid 19 results my doctor's appointment was the 17 the today is the 24 I had to call. I feel like they should of treated my visit as critical as they should of my test results

She is knowledgable about many many things and is able to be humble enough to look other things up that she doesnt fully know about. I personally like that in a professional and do not like when they cant put their ego aside like In other traditional methodology that other doctors tend to be still attached to. I love how she is family oriented so it shows in her decisions of care and overall knowledge of how to make healthy decisions in life. Great and honestly presents the definition of family practitioner and gp because of how she approaches client needs.

I regret choosing this practice for my primary care. I was in 2 times before for pain I was experiencing and was told I’m only 20 so I’m healthy. I was just in the hospital for 2 days after 1 day of her telling me my lab results were just fine. (I waited over a week for the results and had to call myself for them) I also had 2 separate appointments scheduled in the same day BECAUSE I was told by Katherine they can only focus on the reason of the visit, not everything I need at once. I got a call this morning at 6am before i was even up and they left a voicemail saying they canceled one of my appointments because I had 2... like I didn’t know?? I’m done with these people, please look up the reviews on google!! I wish I did before choosing my primary care.
