NP Kathleen Shinada is very kind, patient and thorough…she made me feel cared for and I was feeling better within a few days after seeing her. She’s really great! Things to note they do EKG’s in house, but they don’t do blood work in house, so you’ll have to go out to the Quest lab or whatever lab your insurance takes so you can get the blood work done. There is also podiatry, physical therapy and chiropractors in the same building. Overall it was a really great experience, and the staff is really nice. Will return again as needed. One thing I hope they will do for her, is give her an MA to room patients and take vital signs for her and enter in the prescriptions for her…it was very time consuming for her to be doing those things during my visit…I felt bad for the other patients waiting in the waiting room …while she was spending time with me and there was no one else to help her room the patients and at least get their vitals done…
But I do love that she took great care of me!

I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. The office lacked communication as to why. Although I was exceptionally irritated, Kathleen was amazing. She was friendly and personable and made up for the agitation with the office. I personally would not go back because of impatience, but Kathleen is not the reason.
