I loved everything about the practice in general, and Dr. Sterling in particular. Setting up an appointment was fast and hassle free (I only gave 24 hours notice); the office was well-staffed, professional and incredibly friendly; and Dr. Sterling was one of the most pleasant, knowledgable doctors I've ever seen. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes, and they even filled my prescription(!). I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Sterling and this practice.

Dr. Sterling earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Prior to entering the medical profession, she served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. She then attended the University of Maryland for medical school and continued her training in the University of Maryland Medical Center Urology program.
During her Urology Residency, Dr. Sterling performed laboratory research related to overactive bladder. Her professional interests include female and male voiding dysfunction and pelvic floor disorders. Her practice also encompasses medical and surgical management of complex kidney stone disease, erectile dysfunction, and urological cancers. Dr. Sterling is committed to establishing lasting relationships with her patients, and she looks forward to being the trusted provider for all of their urologic care.
Dr. Sterling is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Urogynecological Society, and the Society of Women in Urology.

Dr. Sterling is nice and pleasant. However, in my opinion her treatment suggestions for pelvic floor dysfunction were limited. If you have a complex case and already know about getting physical therapy to address the problem, I would recommend trying another doctor.
