This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The Tufts personnel who I first saw; security guard in lobby, check-in lady and assistant, were friendly and smiling. When Dr. Viveiros came into the room, I immediately felt at ease. She was kind and confident. Took her time with me. Really listened and addressed all my issues. She will be performing a procedure on me next month and normally I would be terrified. I do not have the least bit of anxiety or fear and I know I'm in great hands!

I thought she was very professional and knowledgable. She spent a great deal of time with me gathering all the necessary information to make an informed decision about her treatment recommendations. Her staff was great too! It was worth the trip to Boston. Thanks!
