Dr Benson is a wonderful pediatrician. My kids adore her! There is usually a wait past the scheduled appointment time because they are so busy. Dr Benson is well worth the wait though, she's very knowledgeable and personable.

Dr.Benson has been the BEST pediatrician for my 5 month old baby girl. STAFF IS WONDERFUL! They have ALWAYS been VERY respectful! The nurses, nurse practitioner, and the women working the front desk are AMAZING! PLUS the waiting room is CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! I highly recommend Medlock Pediatrics

I really did not like it. Its not the 1st time that she doesn't seem friendly. She is more of "OK I check the kid out on to the next" type. I didn't see her really caring about the children and she always seems in a rush to get out of the room. This was the last time I bring my child here. I have been taking my son there for years and always hoped things would change with both of the doctors but clearly it hasnt

I have taken my son, who is nearly 19, and my daughter who is 14, to see Dr. Benson since they were born My son had health concerns the first few years, and Dr. Benson was very thorough, worked us in when we needed her, made referrals when necessary, and showed compassion. My daughter has always been overly dramatic, yet Dr. Benson remained patient and kind every time! I travel 40 minutes to her office because I like her that well.

One of the best pediatricians in the Metro Atlanta area! She shows urgency when needed. She actually remembered my son's history without always referring to her notes. She never made me feel like my concerns weren't valid or I was overreacting. And that meant so much to me since I was a new mom. She's absolutely wonderful!!

Love this place. I take all my kids here. The only thing they should work on is timing. You can get there 30in before your appointment and they don't see you till 15 min after the right time.

She was very informative and great with our newborn. She answered all our questions and gave us as helpful welcome packets and pamphlets. The visit was quick, but we also felt like she was very focused on us during the appointment.

I used Dr. Benson based on her Zoc Doc review. But I was not pleased with the service that took an hour to get seen by Dr. Benson. Also, there was a rushed bedside manner with minimal eye contact. Too many clients were on her caseload and it would seem we were just a number.

Dr. Benson is fantastic! Very thorough, knowledgeable, and a quick visit. Nobody likes being in the doctors office all day.... especially kids. My week old baby boy didn't even cry during our visit and was asleep by the time we left! She was sweet, gentle, and patient with him. And as brand new parents, my boyfriend and I left feeling very happy and relieved that everything was more than okay with our son. We'd recommend Dr Benson to anyone and everyone!

The waiting room is filthy with stained chairs and dirty stained carpet. The intern who worked with Doctor Benson was very sarcastic and mouthy.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Benson's since birth (now 6). She has seen us through many emergencies and illnesses. She is easy to communicate with, never seems rushed during a visit, and I have personally seen her whip some folks into action at the hospital with authority and ease. The wait times can be a little lengthy, however, I remember all too well that I have been on the other end and rushed in to be seen immediately and probably made someone else wait.

She was very nice and so were the nurses. The really showed intrest in my 2yr old daughter and she wasnt scared at. The waiting rooms were so clean and open for kids to walk around. Also I loved they had books inthe rooms to keep the kids busy while they waited. The wait was long but I understood because I was a new patient. Great doctor office. I am glad I finally found my daughter a doctor I feel comfortable with her having.

Dr Benson is the best hands down---only down fall is the wait..ANY appt after probably 3pm is ALWAYS a LONGGGGG WAIT even after your appt...I always get there on time for my specified appt time but always a MINIMUM of ONE HOUR----Must and needed to improve.
