My experience at Total Care was great, but they made me aware that Zocdoc is really bad at communicating with them, so I would recommend booking an appointment directly through them.

Really great! Everyone was super sweet! I went in for one thing but they easily went ahead with getting most of my annual healthcare done for the year, checking to make sure my insurance would cover things without my having to ask! Sort of a dream healthcare experience! Kathryn Criner was great and just a well-run office!

The over all experience was the best I’ve ever had. The woman at the front office introduced herself, was a very clear communicator, and efficient. The nurse was very friendly, understanding, and made sure that I was comfortable. And Kathryn was incredible! She was very thorough with all of my questions, explained the importance of certain topics we talked about, and was willing to listen to me. I can’t say how many times I felt like I was being rushed out, not here! I will definitely be coming back!

I thought Kathryn was great. There was some minor uncertainty if my insurance was accepted but the receptionist sorted that out right away. Kathryn speaks very quickly but I just felt that was her manner. She was very nice, knowledgeable, confident and listens to everything you have to say/ask. I’ll go back next year
