Dr. Kathryn Holloway was raised in San Antonio and is excited to be taking care of women in her hometown. She attended Wellesley College in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated with a B.A. in Neuroscience with Honors. She returned to Texas for her medical training and received her M.D with Distinction in Research from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Holloway continued her medical training in San Antonio and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Health Science Center. During her training she developed in interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery and completed research in the evaluation and teaching of OB/Gyn residents’ robotic surgical skills. Her research received an Honorable Mention award by the American Medical Association. During residency, she was also honored with the Arnold P. Gold Humanism and Excellence in teaching Award.
Dr. Holloway chose a career in general Obstetrics and Gynecology because she enjoys caring for women of all ages. She is passionate about helping women live healthy lifestyles during and between pregnancies. Having been born into a medical family, Dr. Holloway understands the commitment to the physician - patient relationship. She lives with her husband, who is also a physician, and their two children. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and being foodies.

I've seen dr. Holloway 3 times for birth control related appointments. She's seems very nice but I didn't feel like she actually cared about what was best for me. She was in and out in less than 5 minutes and I didn't have much of a chance to ask questions. Nor did she ask me questions to make sure I was making the right choice for me.

Loves the facility, super clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and my doc was wonderful. She was very nice and answered any questions I had. I was in and out in a flash. Normally I hate getting my annual exam but not anymore .

Dr. Holloway is by far the best. She delivered my first baby and walked me through every step of the way. This time around, she is treating me for a miscarriage and she is so understanding wiyh the emotional part of it and knowledgeable and descriptive with what to expect. I wouldn't be treated by anybody else.

I followed Dr. Holloway from her previous place of employment. I am impressed with her caring bedside manner and her willingness to discuss whatever is of concern to a patient. A description of her in one word is "outstanding". I must also add that staff in addition to a physician is of such importance to the overall well-being of a patient. The office staff (from the person who speaks to you on the phone, to the receptionist who greets you, to the assistant to the physician) is extremely friendly and helpful. All put me at ease and made my visit pleasant and relaxing.

I highly recommend Dr. Holloway. I followed her from her Stone Oak location. She has always been very kind but straight to the point. She delivered my last baby via c-section and did a great job on the surgery (I had minimal scarring and bleeding). I did have blood pressure complications, but I always felt that she had my health in her best interest when making decisions.

I got there early, filled out paperwork, and BY THE TIME OD MY APPOINTMENT I was half naked under a paper sheet and she came in 22 MINUTES AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME. NO apology for the delay, NOTHING! I SO enjoy being left half naked waiting at HER convenience!!!!!!!!!!

Today was my last pre-natal visit with Dr. Holloway. Over the course of my pregnancy, I have been very impressed with her. She is attentive, realistic, and has a naturally friendly disposition. I trust her with my health care and find it very easy to discuss any issues with her. She is direct and to-the-point, but also takes the time to ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed.
Her staff has always been professional, and appointments were all prompt. They called me ahead of time one morning to let me know that they were running a little behind and to offer a reschedule if I didn't want to wait. Otherwise, I have never waited more than 15 minutes, and even that was only once or twice.
This is my fifth pregnancy, and I have had five different doctors (due to moving every other year,) including one in a foreign country. Dr. Holloway has been my favorite. I highly recommend her.

Dr Holloway was efficient and quick but did not feel rushed at all. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided some information I didn't even think to ask. She was friendly and professional as were all of the staff at the clinic. The wait time was a little long but the waiting area is actually pretty nice.

She is very thorough and personable. I saw her a couple of times when she worked at a different office and she was the physician on call when I went into labour so when my OB did not take the insurance I had switched to I came to see her. She is a great doctor.

It was my first time having a pap smear test and was quite nervous, but Dr. Halloway and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was very nice at the clinic. The only thing was she didn't give me a chance to ask any questions with I had several, everything was very quick.

Dr. Holloway and the nurse who got me set up for the appointment were both excellent, friendly and professional. The only issue I had with the appointment was the clerk at the front desk, who was a littly surly.

I was not able to go because the time they told me, was not the time that I needed to be there since I was a new patient. They should have told me that I needed to come earlier if I needed to fill out more forms. Which, to be honest, is crazy since I already filled the forms on this site. I chose the later time so that I would not need to take off from work, but what seemed convenient, became inconvenient very quickly.
