“I liked the office location and distance from where I was. I would have liked to see a gynecologist but since I was looking for a black female doctor in short about of time I went with this location. She did inform me that I technically do not need a papsmear every year if my sex health had not changed. it was not what I was expecting since I do have irregular periods. Next time I plan to seek a gyno just for more efficient results. The people were very kind and I learned something new in now having to go to a gyno every year if nothing has changed recently.”

I told them 5 time the address in my email wasn’t giving me the right place! They just kept repeating the same address that I had already repeated to them before they finally figured out that it was supposed to be the Dallas location in my GPS to give me the right address when the provider seen me She kind of brushed off all my concerns as normal and didn’t even want to give me something to cover my incision back up after I had to throw away the dressing I arrived with

The doctor I made an appointment with doesn’t work there was seen by a very unprofessional doctor who passed my issues off as ‘women issues’ then didn’t help or answer any questions and now is charging me for a follow up visit after not helping me the first time. DO NOT GO HERE!

I booked with this provider because I wanted to see a female and instead I was told I would be seen by the male doctor and if I was uncomfortable to reschedule. I proceeded because I wanted to be seen that day. I'm confused as to why the provider I booked with was not available and if that was the case their schedule should not be posted online...

I think this place would be better if the staff didnt seem so dead. Being in a doctor's office is already a lot, then the staff matches the appointment.
