Dr. Morcom and the nurses/reception staff were very friendly. They offered me extra services I was not expecting and made adjustments as necessary to my visit.
The building the office is in is a little shady, but once you step inside the medical suite everything is very orderly and clean.

This is a no frills healthcare experience. It started off rough when my appointment booked through Zocdoc was randomly canceled without an offer to reschedule. When I rescheduled, no one ever confirmed. When I called to confirm, they had clearly not looked at their Zocdoc requests because I was still not on the schedule. The office seems pretty low tech and is definitely an older building. One of the front desk people appeared to be bickering with her child on the phone when I came in and didn't stop while I waited. I was a new patient but no one asked me to fill out my medical history, asked for my medical records from my former PCP, or called in advance to tell me I should fast for blood work. When the provider entered the room, rather than saying something like "what brings you in?" she abruptly hit me with "what are your medical problems?" I think she could tell I was thrown off by my stuttered response and then actually looked up from her paperwork and engaged with me. When I asked about what I thought to be a lump in my breast, she sort of laughed when she said she wasn't feeling anything. I felt a little silly. The nurse who tried to do my blood draw missed the vein, gave up, and called over the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist was not wearing a mask and had pretty clearly showed up to work late. I will say, the appointment started on time and I was out within an hour. Maybe that's all you can ask of modern medicine. I'll give it another try before deciding if I want to explore a different PCP.
