I enjoyed my visit at this office, the Dr was a great listener and communicator, the office was clean, the office hours are great, but the front desk can be a little bit more welcoming as far as greeting upon arrival and exit and the wait time was a lil too long around 35 mins. I will be returning.

Dr. Kathryn Wells is AMAZING! I cannot recommend her care more, and would gladly stay with her as my GYN long term.
Unfortunately, the scheduling at this office is entirely inefficient and I waited 2+ hours to be seen after arrival. If you need to be somewhere following your apt— be aware.
I would absolutely see this doctor again, if the office could ensure that I’d be seen in a timely manner.

Took 5 weeks to get lab result, pharmacy contacted provider for medication issue with no response EVER. Worst experience ever

Lost my samples so never got the results of the reason I went there. Literally did an invasive procedure then said they had no record of performing it.
Also never sent the prescriptions. Had to call multiple times and they finally sent 1/2. Finally got in touch with the office manager who said she was new, and she would call me right back, but never did.

Everything was fine it was pleasant quick organized everyone was very nice and there was nothing really WRONG however I did not see a Dr just a practitioner so there was no official gynecologist on site. Nothing wrong with a practitioner for a standard check up but I did not feel it was a thorough checkup. They also had no scale which was weird and made me take a pregnancy test as a person in menopause at age 54. None of these are horrible things but I found it strange there was no doctor ???????

This is the most disorganized medical office I have ever dealt with. Had to call over 15 times in a span of over two months to get my test results after my yearly. They clearly did not took notes on my file, once called and they had me under prenatal (I’m not pregnant). My results needed follow up test as they found an abnormally, yet it took over 6 weeks to get part of them. No sense of concern from this office about my well being. Save yourself a headache and schedule with another office.

I would not return to this office. The nurses and front desk staff were nice, however I had a 4:15 appointment and was not seen until 5:50. My concerns were barely addressed and written off, and the doctor had an attitude. I left the office still in pain with no sense of any professional guidance on next steps or pain management. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience.

Dr. Wells was amazing! I was nervous about booking an appointment right after finding out I was pregnant. She saw me right away, offered an ultrasound (even though it was too early to see anything - I was happy she offered to calm some nerves!) and then met with my partner and I in depth with a game plan moving forward. I’ve since been back twice and have been given ultrasounds both times which always calm my nerves. Important to note: one time I went in and was unaware that I wouldn’t be seeing Dr. Wells and was put with a Nurse Practitioner instead who knew nothing about my health history, was very cold, and couldn’t communicate as well as Dr Wells. Made me realize how much I appreciated her! Would 10/10 recommend seeing Dr. Wells, just make sure you’re actually scheduled with her before showing up :)
