I have high anxiety when it comes to the optometrist due to a traumatic event in an office years ago. She was very patient with me during the comprehensive exam and was also very thorough when summarizing my eye health! I left the office with a good idea of what my next steps are!

Long wait just to get roomed.(45 minutes). After getting roomed she pulls you in and out of a room, so she can see other patients in between. I sat in a brightly lit sunny room for 30+ minutes with my eyes dilated. When I voiced my frustration with the care provided she laughed and showed lack of empathy and a terrible bedside manner. Worst optometrist I have ever had hands down. I should’ve just waited for an open appointment somewhere else but my desperation for help caused me to come here. Listen to the other reviews and avoid at all costs.

I am a new patient of Dr. Kathy. I am really happy with my visit. Her staff was amazing and very professional. She made me feel comfortable the whole process of my eye exam.
She was thorough and accommodated my questions and concerns with genuine approach. I definitely recommend her and i will now stop looking for optometrist. :)

The front desk had me sitting 15 mins before they gave me rhe paperwork to fill out. The doctor mis communicated info regarding Medi-Cal and told me that I had to pay for the prescription and that glasses were not covered.
