My original appointment was for 8:30. The office called 24 hours before it and changed it to 8:50. I showed up at 8:40, filled out necessary first-patient homework. I waited at 9:15 started to ask when I would be seen. I was informed that they were having a Monday morning staff meeting. At 9:25, they took back a gal that arrived after me and had an appointment after me (I peaked at the sign-in list). At that point, I got angry and asked why this happened. I was given a meek apology and asked to return at 1:30 p.m. that day. I returned, but the morning appointment disruption honestly screwed up my whole day. They also said that I had to fill out all the same stuff that I already filled out on ZocDoc because their system was outdated and they couldn't revive or see it anytime soon. Not retuning.

Very comfortable and welcoming office, it was my first OB-GYN check up and i was quite nervous, but I was well taken care of and felt comfortable right away. Katrina and also the doctors are all very professional and warm. I would recommend this womens clinic to anyone!
