My 1st visit with Dr. Katrina Haslett went quit well I didn't have a long wait and her approach came across as someone that was very educated & understanding in her profession and that she was and more. Dr. Haslett was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She received her undergraduate degree from Alabama A&M University in Normal, Al. She then went on to UAB Medical School in Birmingham, AL to obtain her Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Haslett completed her residency training In Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, MI.
Dr. Haslett joined a private practice in Fayetteville, NC after residency. During this time she also became a Consulting Associate of Duke University. This allowed Dr. Haslett to precept residents in OB/GYN in Fayetteville, Dr. Haslett then went on to join a Federally Qualified Health Center in rural Pennsylvania. During this time Dr. Haslett cared for many who had limited access to healthcare.
Dr. Haslett believes strongly in patient education to women, in order for women to make informed decisions about their healthcare choices. This also allows for a healthy approach to lifestyle changes and longevity.
Dr. Haslett’s interests include adolescent gynecology, abnormal pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, and prenatal care. Surgery interests include uterine fibroids, uterine prolapsed, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, permanent sterilization or other gynecologic procedures. Her compassion and professional personality enables her to establish a personal and trusting bond with her patients and Dr. Haslett delivers all her own babies.

The wait time was terrible. The office itself is not pleasing. The doctor did not even apologize for the ling wait. And up to this time Im still waiting for an authorization from her to do my mammogram.

Dr Katrina was awesome. She was fun and easy to talk to , it was like we were long lost friends, Even though her leg was in a walking boot cast it didn't stop her from being the best doctor she could be. I had a million questions and concerns for her , and she answered them the best she could , when most doctors would have cut me short and been annoyed . All I have to say is Dr Katrina Haslett..... You ROCK!!!!!!!! I will be telling all my female friends to see her.

The doctor was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The only down side was the wait, I waited about an hour or more to be seen but it was because of an emergency she had. So overall I will definitely be back!

Absolutely awful. The wait was unacceptable, especially since the actual appointment took about 5-10 minutes. She was not professional at all and seemed to be frazzled and having a busy day. When my husband and I explained to her why were there she proceeded to give me a baffled attitude for the rest of the session, as though she didn't think our reasons for being there were sufficient. I will never go back, it was a horrible experience.

Dr. Haslett was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. She asked necessary questions to get the information needed to best understand my medical history but not once did she make me feel like age was prying or being judgemental.

Nice dr., but wait time is just over the top, and the office wasn't even BUSY!! If you've got 2 hours to dedicate to a visit after waiting 2+ weeks to be seen, it may be doable for you. For me, waiting this long is quite difficult in the middle of a workday.

Since my visit with Dr. Haslett I have received numerous insurance claims. I provided the office; at the time of check in, with all required insurances. I believe there is a problem with staff submitting the proper paperwork to the correct insurance company's. I am still trying to get the matter corrected even though my visit was months ago. I have a problem with that.
