I was having back pain so I reached out to the doctor. She seemed less interested while I was discussing my issue. But she wrote blood and x-ray tests based on my concerns. I got my blood test and x-ray reports .
“But I didn’t receive any call from doctor”.
I waited for more than 10days before reaching out to the doctor office. There also when asked i didn’t get any good response. They were simply telling that x-ray shows no fracture. Though x-rays shows desk and spine alignment issue , no medication was recommended even after asking them.
Very much disappointed with this doctor experience.

Unfortunately, my visit with this NP was extremely disappointing. The appointment was rushed, lasting less than five minutes. A visit with a provider, especially in a family practice setting, should never feel this dismissive or brief.
I felt unheard, judged, and completely brushed aside. She prescribed a new medication without any explanation, and I only learned the name after asking as she was rushing out the door. As a healthcare provider myself, I find this approach not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. This kind of interaction is exactly why patients avoid seeking care. Everyone deserves a provider who listens, communicates, and creates a safe, respectful environment. Sadly, that was far from my experience.
This was actually my second visit with her. The first time was just as poor, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps she was having an unusually busy day. Unfortunately, it’s now clear that this is just her approach to patient care.

Dr. Hazlett listened to everything I had to say, and I said a lot for one visit. I felt taken care of. I got test results back in one day. The provider was great! It was a very last-minute emergency, but no issues were checking in or being seen without hassle on the appointment day. Wait time was minimal, almost to none. The bedside provider was excellent; she explained everything thoroughly. The office staff was also the friendly, clean, quiet, and calming environment.
