I received a phone call from there office telling me that the appointment I booked on Zocdoc was an appointment already booked with an “established patient” and because I was a new patient I had to call to reschedule. I never called back because I was assuming the appointment offered to me at the time of booking on Zocdoc would be suitable for me to make to be seen. It is not my fault if the office is double booking appointments and then taking “seniority of patients” before everyone else. I won’t be going back to that provider or office.
