Absolutely wonderful doctor and facility. Everything is state of the art and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Gaddis herself may be the best most knowledgeable eye doctor I have seen. And this is from a lawyer who researches medical professionals before going. I give her a perfect score. The fact that she is also hot looking is just a bonus. When is the last time an eye doctor publishes their research work on the website. Top notch cutting edge education from the best optometry school in Texas comes with Dr. Gaddis.

I had the best experience with Dr Gaddis and her staff. Every person there was polite, professional, personable, and attentive. I completed my online paperwork, arrived a few minutes early, waited for about 5 minutes and was in and out in no time with everything taken care of. It's so refreshing to have this great of customer service!

Dr. Kayla Gaddis graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Genetics. While at A&M, Dr. Gaddis held several leadership positions in organizations such as: the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Golden Key International Honor Society, Lambda Sigma Honor Society, and the Tau Kappa Junior Honors Society. In her spare time, Dr. Gaddis volunteered, was a member of the Bioethics Forum Committee and secretary of the Aggie Optometry Association.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Gaddis attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2007. During that time, Dr. Gaddis lead a clinical trial evaluating the effects of various contact lens and solution combinations in relation to corneal staining and completed an article for publication focused on corneal scarring secondary to bullous pemphigoid. Additionally, she completed intense training at several practices in the DFW area while fulfilling her externship requirements. These sites enabled her to gain the valuable knowledge and skill sets imperative to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of ocular disease processes.

While the overall visit was ok, the actual reason I was there (to get a current prescription) wasn't done correctly. After I received my glasses (from them, and from a site online), the Rx was wrong. This made it all a giant waste of time and money. While easy on the eyes, the glasses I received as a result were anything but.

Great experience all the way around - from the ease of setting up an appointment to the professional yet friendly reception I received, I was impressed! Also, Dr. Gaddis has all the latest technology - I was happy not to have my eyes dilated with drops, and enjoyed seeing the inside of my eye on a computer screen for the first time. The whole team explained everything to me along the way, and I was in and out in less time than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Gaddis and her crew!

I am amazed with their use of technology. Doctor explained me with 3d picture of my eye and the exam was smooth. entire staff is friendly and all the paper work I could do online. Also No need to wait for 30mins to dilate pupils and blurred vision after it. I luv it.

Very happy I went! Normally picking out glasses is difficult for me. Everyone in the office was amazing and helped me. This is the first time I have ever gone to an eye appointment and picked out two pair of glasses on my first visit.
