I was able to get an appointment quickly and the PA was friendly and nonjudgmental and answered all my questions/ concerns.
It's at a convenient location and is managed by friendly staff, as most would expect. One point short of ten because I had to sit in the examination room in my underwear for 10 minutes, awaiting my skin check. (Of course, I'm sure a lot of other patients come and do the same thing.)
