Dr. Keely Puchalski is a licensed naturopathic physician and natural products research scientist. She specializes in compassionate mental health care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, chronic illness & fatigue. She also enjoys treating gastrointestinal disorders including IBS, SIBO, IMO, SIFO, candida, and more.
She uses a variety of conventional and functional medicine tools to help clients restore all aspects of their health. These include diet, lifestyle, & mental wellness coaching, herbal medicines, acupuncture, light therapies, supplements/neutraceuticals, emotion release therapy, peptides, and vitamin injections.
Before booking an appointment through ZocDoc, please also note the following:
- All appointment requests need to be confirmed by a member of the Restored Counseling & Wellness Center Staff. We will confirm or reach out to you within 24 hrs if your appointment needs to be changed for any reason.
- New patient appointments for naturopathic medicine must be booked for 120 minutes.
- Follow-up visit times vary, and we may contact you if your follow-up time needs to be adjusted.
- New patient intake paperwork must be completed at least 48 hrs prior to your first visit.
- A card on file is required to hold your appointment. Please look for a link in your e-mail after booking.

Acupuncture - $75/session or $60/session for 6 sessions
