I will definitely go back and I have already recommended her to a friend. Caring understanding, friendly and of course knowledgeable. I also appreciate the fact she’s a black woman.

Dr Olumesi gave me many options for treatment of hair loss that no other doctor has ever offered, including vitamins, and explained each in detail. She is very knowledgeable. She is giving me time to think and research to make an informed decision, not just deciding for me and jumping into a treatment. She and the staff treated me pleasantly and with respect. I’m so glad I chose her for a second opinion and plan to stick with her for all dermatology. For the first time in years, I have hope that my condition will improve.

I felt my comments and concerns were heard, and she clearly communicated her professional plan & strategy to correct my problems. I have already scheduled my follow-up appointment .

great visit. everything went well

I arrived on time and was seen 40 mins after my appointment time. Olumesi was polite, but brief. She spent a few mins with me and was finished. It dawned on me that I forgot to ask about her recommended products for my daily routine (wash, moisturizer, sunscreen). Front desk was happy to have me get called back again. I did quickly. Once in the exam room Olumesi told a nurse I needed to schedule another appointment to ask my question of her. This was a 50 minute drive to see a black impressively credentialed dermatologist that I will not be making again. The search continues.
Excellent experience!
Verified patient
I appreciated her bedside manner and her communication skills. She explained her thought process of what she believed my condition was, and she walked me through what she would be done to confirm a diagnosis. I did not feel rushed in the room, and I was encouraged to ask questions. It was a very pleasant office visit.
New patient appointment was great. I was comfortable with everyone. They were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

I went there for skin cancer check because I have a lot of moles and some of them are at risk as a previous doctor visit at Penn Medicine revealed. The doctor here didn’t even look at them! She glanced over my back (I was still fully dressed, just lifted my shirt up) and she said “oh many people have those! Look at them as your unique marks” REALLY???? This is your cancer prevention? WOW! I’ll never go back there. The doctor also didn’t wait until I was done talking, she started talking right into my words therefore stopping me from explaining further details. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I asked about a rash/hives I experienced last year. She said it’s not her field of expertise. I have to go to an allergist. But no recommendation to an allergist followed. I always get recommendations to specialists if it’s needed.

Wonderful doctor. Beautiful facility. Long wait.
Verified patient
Good experience will use them again
Verified patient
The doctor herself was great, but the wait time seemed on the long side. She had an excellent bedside manner and I’d definitely come see her again.
