I came here hoping to get a good diagnosis. The assistant did a hearing test which the result was not explained thoroughly. The doctor looked at my ear, and just recommended me to take an over the counter pain reliever.

Office staff was cordial, Audiologist was great but Dr Jackson was a disappointment. My Appt was 5 days ago. I had problems with both ears, pain and headaches, since Christmas Eve. Saw my GP was advised my Eustachian tubes were blocked. Given Steroid pill but they did not work that's when I went to see Dr Jackson. He checked me out and advised "I'm stumped". I have braces he thought might be the problem but when checked again he said (I'm stumped"). At this point I was very disillusioned. He gave me a prescription for 5 days. It has not worked. Ears still blocked plus having ticking sounds returned. Not impressed from this ENT specialist.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and my husband is a physician, so I have high standards for care. Dr. Jackson operated on all my sinuses a year ago and I have not had one infection and have honestly never felt better. I am indebted to his great care! My daughter is 3 and has tonsillitis and a sinus infection. He gave her fantastic care today - and said to call him asap if she was not better in 48 hours with his ordered medicines. Not only is he great with adults, he is even better with kids. His PA said he has done 3 surgeries on her kids. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone in my family. A very close physician friend and his wife recommended him to me.

I was a little late myself getting to the appt, so the wait was just a little bit. Dr. Jackson was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed several laughs during my visit :) He seems very experienced. I went in for deviated septum and he has performed many, many of these procedures. I would recommend him to others as he is very knowledgeable in his field.

The initial wait was way longer than it should have been considering the appointment was for 8:15am; shouldn't have been a long backup that early. Other than that, Dr. Jackson was great! Very open, sharing, positive, and thorough.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 this morning. Prior to the appointment, I completed the paperwork online for efficiency. I arrived to the office at 8:50 and there was only one other person waiting. I sat in the waiting area until 9:50 when I was finally called back into an exam room. I'm wondering if each appointment time "builds in" an extra half hour for paperwork?
