Dr. Kelly Harley is great. Very friendly. She is great at communicating-- by which I mean she listens to what I say and she clearly states what she wants to do and tells me the reasons why and any drawbacks. It's a great dialogue. She's also responsive to messages online. I've also been able to get appts in short order both times I've seen here (these weren't emergencies, just needed a physical and then a check in.) So, everything you can want in a doctor.

She is so awesome! I am so glad I came in and she really put me at ease with everything and made the appointment fun! You can tell she loves what she does and just makes things easy when other doctors and clinics make things so hard. She is a breath of fresh air. In response to telling a doctor of serious physical symptoms I've experienced for a year, I was told I was a hyphochondriac and my problems were psychological. I have never been spoken to that way by any doctor before. I felt so uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to that I am not sure my tests will even be accurate-- I could imagine this doctor not running any tests and just telling me my results were negative. Truly terrible experience.
