More about Kelly Kao, RD
Inspired by my favorite professor in college, who in her 70s, told me that daily healthy diet contributed to her natural, vibrant complexion, I pursued a career as a dietician and became a Registered Dietician (RD) in 2002. My 20+ years journey as a RD has taken me into a variety of healthcare settings ranging from hospitals/outpatient clinics to nursing homes to community, like home health, and group homes while assisting patients from pediatric, adolescent, adults, pregnant women, and elderly populations. I believe it takes teamwork to help one achieve their nutritional and health goals. I like to partner with my clients with evidence-based guidelines to work through any nutritional concerns.
I am a mother of 2 daughters living in Los Angeles, a melting pot offering us opportunities to try many different cultural foods.
