Good: great front desk, always available appointments. Other staff are not friendly, but get the job done well
Bad: Dr. Ngyuen rushes you and does not listen properly. She also pushes for more appointments (hint, more bookings for her/office)
Overall: do not recommend UNLESS you need an urgent appt. If you can wait for anybody else, then waiting is best

Was not happy with the care I received today from Dr. Nguyen today. I scheduled an in-person visit for a Reactive Airway Disorder related cough. This is an issue I have had intermittently throughout my lifetime and am familiar with the symptoms. Despite the fact that I took a PCR covid and flu test w/ negative results 4 days prior to the appointment, they considered me a COVID risk and had me take my appointment virtually from my car. Fine. Her bedside manner was non-existent and she half listened to my explanation of history with RAD and symptoms. In her summary, she noted the reason for my visit was "COVID Symptomatic" (incorrect) and said to continue use of OTC cold medicines and go to ER if worsens. She did prescribe albuterol which only helps temporarily, and Tessalon pearls - which have never worked for me with this specific issue when prescribed in the past. I attempted to tell her this, but was ignored. My entire "appointment" lasted 5-7 minutes. Waste of time, gas, and money.

One of the worst experiences. I was still on the patient bed waiting for my provider to come back because I had a lot of questions . Then after waiting staff lets me know my doctor left … while I’m still on the bed. I was pushed through each step so quick idk what was going on. Staff wasn’t personable at all. No conversation , nothing not even being looked in the eye. This provider was very impersonal and I left feeling she didn’t care about why I visited and had no interest in clearly communicating, setting a plan I truly felt like a patient number to her . Will never work with her again.

I will not be coming back to this office because the provider did not listen to my explanations, and recommended me things that I expressed did not work in the past. Not to mention I had to wait an hour until I was seen (an appointment was made and acknowledged!) Not a great place for a new patient seeking medical attention.

It's the first annual visit I did not remove my clothing for a thorough physical exam (granted we are the time of covid). nonetheless, this was the first time this doctor is seeing me. Also, I was ask for my vaccination records, hmm.

The staff was polite and Dr. Nguyen was very considerate and caring. My only issue was that I had to come back the next day for my blood draw when the phlebotomist was in because the person there could not find a vein in either arm. The phlebotomist was great, he found the vein quickly and I didn't even feel a pinch.
