Kelly Okray, PA-C, has been with First Valley Medical Group since July 2022. First Valley Medical Group is an internal medicine outpatient clinic with multiple locations. Kelly works at our Lancaster location off Lancaster Boulevard and 10th Street. She can help diagnose and manage various conditions including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid conditions, heart failure, and many others. Kelly can help you understand your conditions, lab work, and images, and connect you with a specialist as needed. She is also able to provide basic preventative women's health care. Passionate about preventative medicine through diet and lifestyle changes, she would love to help you get and stay healthy. Kelly earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota. Originally from Minnesota, she relocated nearly two and a half years ago and is making Lancaster her home.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! I CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM MY APPT AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT. WOMAN ON THE PHONE SUGGESTED TO NOT USE ZOCDOC TO SCHEDULE WITH THEM BECUASE THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO CHECK IT OR EVEN TAKE IT DOWN!

The doctor doesn’t work at this office and when I arrived 30 minutes early after receiving a message saying they needed more information for a appointment that was already confirmed the front desk staff was absolutely awful!! The lady wouldn’t even offer me a different provider for Wednesday since no providers were in office for the next two days. Then she say the doctor I book hadn’t worked there for two years but her name was still on the door! And if I needed preventative care I needed a referral!! In what state ma’am??? She was so nasty I said ma’am can you please let me know if you have primary care doctors here and if they are accepting new patients? She said we do and they are but she made no effort to tell me anything about them or give me availability! I see why there is so many people without healthcare in Lancaster and the antelope Valley area! Because of rude people like her! Also if these providers are incorrect on this site FIX IT !
