Dr. Ott was very pleasant throughout the entire visit, making it very comfortable. She answered all of my questions and appeared to be happy to do so. She included my boyfriend in the whole process and made him feel very involved and comfortable, as well.

Dr. Ott was fantastic. Very kind with a great bedside manner. She took some time to get to know me before the exam. I hate going in for an annual exam, but she made it as pleasant of experience as possible. Definitely will return next year.

Dr. Kelly Ott was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and currently resides in Chesterfield, MO with her husband, Michael, and three children, Hayley, Brandon, and Blake. She joined Women’s Care Specialists in September 2010.
Dr. Ott attended medical school at St. Louis University and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with St. Louis University at St. Mary’s Hospital where she served her final year as the administrative chief resident. She obtained several honors while in residency including the Chairman’s Award for Professionalism and was honored for her outstanding surgical skills in laparoscopy by being inducted into the Global Congress for Minimally Invasive Gynecology. This honor is granted to only one resident within the entire program.
In her free time, Dr. Ott loves spending time with her family. She also plays coed softball with her husband and enjoys running.

The whole office was extremely nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Ott was awesome! Getting a pap is never comfortable, but she was very gentle and I hardly noticed it happening. Very easy to speak to. She made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her and her team. I also wanted to make a note about Nicole who was assisting Dr. Ott. Nicole was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

I went in with some complications I been experiencing. Dr. Ott was very professional and understanding of my situation. Took the time to explain everything. Office was nice amd clean. ZocDoc was a nice feature with no problems on making the appointment. Wonderful feature to have for those who don't operate on the typical day hours (work nights).

I scheduled this appointment online, then was given a new date. Received a confirmation the day before this Monday appointment that said it was still on the original date and time. SO CONFUSING, but think they need to work all the kinks out of the online system. I also took about 20 minutes to fill out the paper work online, then had to do it all over again in the office. I really think the appointment slot was overbooked. Original appointment was at 2:15 and I didn't get out until around 4 p.m. I arrived at 1:45 p.m. just in case I needed more paperwork. I did like the reminder pop up on my cell phone from ZocDoc, but they need to coordinate with the office to make sure the time is not overbooked.

I would not recommend using online ZocDoc for your appointment as mine was not even in their system, even though I went thru ZocDoc a week ago, so I was there 2 hours for a simple yearly exam, because they had to get me in their system. Doctor I recommend, not ZocDoc
