Dr. Smith is an excellent pediatrician and her bedside manner is perfectly gentle and relaxing. My son really likes her.
What made our appointment disappointing was that it was so difficult to actually see Dr. Smith. The medical assistant practically interrogated me to determine whether or not to actually allow us a few minutes with the doctor. I feel like when I make an appointment to see the doctor and come to my appointment, I should have the right to a few minutes with the provider. It was disconcerting that I had to justify our visit and make a case.
