This is a great office. I typically hate going to the doctor, but Dr Van Den Heuvel made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is very nice and will help with any questions or concerns that you have.

This was my first visit with Dr. Van Den Heuvel and I cannot recommend her highly enough. When I arrived I was told she may be running late, but next thing I know I was called back right on time. She was professional, kind, listened well, and took her time with my visit.
In fact, everyone in the office was great to work with!

Physician didn't listen to my concerns and not willing to run blood work, told me to get an internist. She informed that her office great a getting back with patients and their results.... Going on 4 weeks and have not heard back. Will get my records and find another doctor. Physicians needs 101 on patient experience!

Dr. Van Den Heuvel was amazing. She was attentive, knowledgable and incredibly nice-- In fact everyone I encountered at this office was the same way! Had a scheduling error with my follow-up appointment and the doctor requested a refunded of my insurance deductible for the visit. Amazing customer service by all!

Dr. Van Den Heuvel is a great gynecologist. Very personable and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the second she walked in the door. She also wasn't rushed and took the time to sit there and make sure all my questions had been answered. I highly recommend her!

She was nice and pleasant at first... and then she did my exam. She's supposed to be an ob-gyn, yet when she examined me she claimed she 'could not feel my uterus.' I've been examined by many practitioners during my 40 year life span, and no one else has had any trouble finding it! Since she couldn't find my uterus, she told me I should get a trans-vaginal ultrasound, and she jumped to this conclusion before even receiving my PAP results.
I tried to explain to her that I did not have the money that month to pay for the scan, even though insurance would pay for some of it. When it's a choice between paying for my rent and groceries- or having a scan which I may not even need- I will always choose to save myself from eviction and hunger. Earning a doctor's wages, obviously she just does not get it.
I will not be going back to her; I have decided to follow up with a different doctor.

I would highly recommend her to any of my female friends/family members. She has an excellent bedside manner. She listens, and really seems to care about people. In my past experiences with GYN doctors (especially males), they come off condescending and lacking empathy; Dr. Kelly doesn't possess either quality.

My experience at Dr. Van Den Heuvel's was great . Staff was very nice and friendly and i was seen pretty much immediately after i finished filling out my paperwork. Dr. VDH was terrific. She answered all of my questions, was attentive, and made the process of something that is super uncomfortable for me, super easy. I will definitely be using her as my new gyn doc from now on. I would highly recommend.
