Dr. Factor, originally from Philadelphia, Pa., attended Michigan State University on a full athletic scholarship for gymnastics. He graduated from the Honors College in 1973 and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Factor completed his professional training at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1978; graduating in the upper ten percent of his class. He is a member of both the American Optometric Association and Arizona Optometric Association. Dr. Factor has practiced Primary Care Optometry in the northeast Phoenix area for more than twenty years.
