It was okay, Dr. Adkisson came in and checked my face but it lasted for about 5-10 minutes not long at all. It was just in and out and her assistance Heather seem like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't friendly at all however, she wasn't rude but just straight to the point and no smile just asked me questions but no personality at all. The good thing was they were nice to give me samples of face wash and the building was beautiful. Lastly, the receptionist was the nicest out of everyone!

She sanitized her hands and checked out my face with her hands but then kept alternating by touching her face and then mines without sanitizing them again. I would have liked for her to tell me what she was going to do before doing it, for example, "I'm just going to check out the severity of your acne" or "I'm going to look at your chest to check the severity of your acne" as opposed to going for it right away. It would have made my experience a little less awkward. Overall she did her job properly and she made eye contact throughout!

Nice person, but just felt like she took one look at my face and started prescribing topicals that did not work, made me worse. Also,
appointments are hard to get when you need them. Today is August 20, and i asked for a followup exam, they have no openings until September 16th. Not gonna work for me.
