Dr Thorn has an amazing bedside manner. She really took the time to listen to me and my symptoms. I had an appt. for a UTI and I've had doctors in the past that are super quick with me and they just prescribe antibiotics that didn't work. Dr Thorn was attentive and probably the best doctor I've ever had. She took the time to listen to me and I will definitely be going back to see her again when I need to! All the staff there are friendly, and Dr Thorn not only listened but discussed other options as well. She really went above and beyond. Perfect doctor! She's the best.

Shes a great doctor, and is caring, and make sure I'm satisfied and comfortable, she delivered my son n did a great job and she will be delivering my next son in apirl , I would highly recommend her to other women for health care

I would recommend Dr Thorn to any body. She took very good care of .e and my baby through out the whole pregnancy and did an amazing job. Shes very patient and always listened toy concerns and answered ally questions.

I scheduled an appointment for an annual exam today so that I could get a prescription for a diaphragm. I waited almost three hours only to be told by Kendra Thorn that she was not familiar with how to do a fitting for a diaphragm. I was furious to say the least, I explained in full over the phone of exactly what I wanted in the visit. For them to put me with a doctor that knew nothing about what I was there for, made no sense. It may have not been her fault entirely, but I did not care for her attitude and condescending tone and remarks when I was explaining my frustration. She refused to take any ownership of any wrong-doing of the very facility she works for. And on top of it, she wasted the first several minutes of our meeting asking me all the exact same questions the nurse asked me before I finally got to see her. Was it too much trouble for her to pull my chart and know a little bit about me before coming in there to waste more of my time? Level of professionalism 0, kindness 0, patience 0 However I guess I get a 0 for that too, I was boiling. I’ve never had issues like so in any doctor visit. I walked out of there refusing to wait a minute longer, and asked for them to call me when they were finally ready to speak to me. Still waiting for the call.

She is awesome! By far the best DR I ever had! She is very informative, very caring, and most of all emotional intelligence at a very high level. She is great. The staff is great also!

Dr. Thorn is amazing! I was a patient of hers in New Braunfels, so when she moved to SA, I followed! She is super thorough, and cares! The nurse on the other hand...she was rude, and had no horrible bedside manner. During my pelvic exam, the nurse dropped the swab on the floor, so I had to do it all over again. She criticized me on everything I said, not only to her, but to Dr. Thorn also. And I could hardly hear her over the rap music that was playing at her computer. Super dissappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by the nurse. Love Dr. Thorn, but not sure I will return because of the nurse.
