Dr. Kenneth Bramlett is a diligent and accomplished orthopedic surgeon caring for the Birmingham, AL community. Dr. Bramlett attended the University of Alabama from where he obtained his medical degree. He completed a residency at the same institution. He completed an additional residency at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Bramlett also obtained two fellowships, one from the Massachusetts General Hospital and the other from Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital.
Dr. Bramlett is affiliated with Brookwood Medical Center and certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Alabama Orthopaedic Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, and the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Bramlett is currently serving as the clinical director of Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Program at the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Clinic of Alabama. This program is recognized as a Minimal Incision Surgery (MIS) certified education center for adult reconstructive surgery and joint arthroplasty for the Southeastern United States. He is the founder and director of Alabama Arthritis and Joint Implant in Birmingham. His clinical interests include adult joint reconstructive surgery and sports medicine.

No chit chat. Dr. Bramlett assessed my issues very quickly and didn't get bogged down in a lot of meaningless details. The staff couldn't have been nicer. In the short time he spent with me, I had a clear understanding of the choices I have to make to treat the problems that prompted me to make an appointment. I believe he would be my choice of surgeons without 'interviewing' other possibilities.
