It was my first time ever at the office, staff was great from the first phone call. Wait time was not long at all. The doctor was great, very thorough. He has a great bedside manner, I passed out after a procedure and he and the staff were great to make sure I was ok.
On time professional service, friendly staff.
A good doctor.
He was very caring and showed concern
He was very professional and got right to my concerns but was also very quick. I was in the exam room for only 15 minutes with 5 of that actually being with Dr. Briskin
Dr. Briskin is THE BEST!
The wait was short. I had filled out a lot of paperwork prior to the visit so that saved a lot of time. I waited only 5 minutes from when the first person saw me until my appointment began. The Dr. was courteous and very helpful.
Listened to all my concerns and explained things well. Very thorough.
I like him very personable
I was pleased with all aspects of my visit.
Everything went well today. It was short and sweet.
office was professional, user friendly, actions were explained and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it to others.
Very nice office staff and clean office!
Very professional and courteous, I will recommend this office to all my friends, the front desk were polite and took care of me in five minutes, it was a great experience. Thank You!!!!
My visit was fine. I did have to wait longer than expected to see the doctor.
Dr. Briskin's waiting room was full but he did not rush me and he listened to my symptoms and gave me a treatment plan. He was kind and professional as was the staff.
Dr. Briskin listened to my symptoms and examined me. It was a pleasant exchange and he came up with a treatment plan. I like that they offer medications in their office.
Dr Briskin and his staff are very polite, courteous, an thorough.
Dr. Briskin is very thorough. I think he is a good doctor and he is also pleasant. Thank you.
I don't doubt his medical expertise, however, the appointment was very rushed and I didn't even have time to remember/ask him about some of my concerns.
I have been a patient of Dr.Briskin for quite some time. He always listens to me and does not rush the appointment. Diagnosis is correct always.
Great visit! Quick. Dr. Briskin is very personable.
He was friendly, informative and listened.
Dr. Briskin was kind and patient; his staff, as well.
All went well.
Doctor spent very little time with me, just ordered some tests & went on with his day. Not very thorough compared to other doctors I have seen. After ordering the tests, I never heard back from the doctor regarding the results. When I called the office, they told me he was on vacation--would have been nice to know that beforehand, or perhaps he could have had the courtesy to ask another member of his practice to follow up. After I called, another doctor from the practice looked at my test results; someone from the office called me and told me I had a "minor sinus infection" and that they had called in some prescriptions for me. At the time of my visit, I had already been on multiple antibiotics & steroids for nearly a month. Despite this, I went back for allergy testing, expecting that I'd see Dr. Briskin again--but no, he wasn't even in the office that day. They didn't offer, but I set up a follow-up appointment with him anyway--since I'm still sick, for about six weeks now. That appointment was set for today--but when I called them to ask if they had any other available times today, they didn't have me on his schedule at all. Even though I scheduled the appointment in person, and I have an appointment card in my possession that was filled out by their office person. The office staff were very pleasant; however, I will no longer waste my time with Dr. Briskin, who seems to treat patients like they are wasting HIS time.
Dr. Briskin was pleasant, quick, and efficient in his exam. He addressed my concern and treated it accordingly.
He was efficient, thorough, informative and provided a plan of action.
The visit went as expected. Doc took care of me and working towards solving problem.
Dr. Briskin was personable. He listened attentively to my symptoms and concerns. Then, I had an audiological exam which was very comprehensive. He provided me a treatment plan based on the results and seemed genuine in his approach.
Dr. Briskin is an excellent physician. He has an excellent bedside manner and always listens to you. Two of my children had surgery with him and never had any complications. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Briskin was very nice and attentive. I found him to be a kind and good doctor.
The office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Briskin was a good listener. He patiently explained my treatment and answered my questions.
First the front office staff is very rude. Second Dr. Briskin is a nice doctor he completed my surgery well, but after that at the follow up visit he basically rush me out the office and really didn't check me out to make sure i was healing ok. Then he doesn't fill out the required forms for me to get my short term diabibilty appoved. And then i get no return calls from the office. Also if you live out of state and get any procedure done that requires more presciptions, they do not call them in, you have to drive all over to wherever there is a doctor at to get a prescripton. Wish i would of stayed away from this practice
He really listened to me. He recommended steroids and my ear actually feels better today.
The office staff was very friendly and I didn't wait long at all. The doctor wasn't rude but just wasn't friendly. Every doctor is different and I don't really care if he is friendly as long as he's thorough. I work with doctors all day so I know how tough the job can be. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining either. It's just a feeling I had when I was with him. He's not very talkative and just seemed like he wasn't very interested. I don't know him so I don't want to seem like I'm judging him. It's just the first impression I got from him wasn't very nice. I just felt uneasy. I am still going to follow up with him. Maybe it was a bad day. We will see next time.
Very professional. Good organization.
Like a majority of medical offices, the wait time & co-pay was not worth the quick assessment/treatment. The assessment/treatment was more so a kicking the can further down the road. Nursing staff was very personable and friendly.
great service, very friendly
Didn't seem to listen to me very quick to get out
I had a very pleasant visit at Dr. Briskin's office. Nice office, friendly people, and Dr. Briskin listened while I told him what was bothering me, proscribed medicine and told me to let him know if I didn't improve.
