Dr Hsaio has a fantastic bedtime manner, is good-humored, and obviously has an impressive fund of knowledge.
I felt confident about his diagnosis after his thorough history and physical and subsequent discussion with me.

I was nervous about my procedure but Dr Hsiao was amazing: he kept easing my anxiety by talking to during the procedure, a very intellectual conversation and jokes. I'd pick him as my preferred urologist

Dr. Ken Hsiao was terrific in his approach to my "issue." In a very gracious manner, he worked hard to collect all the facts surrounding my situation, so that he could determine the best treatment for me. I forgot to mention that the good doctor worked me into his schedule because of my urgent need, but stayed the course until both of us were convinced he had resolved my problem, before letting me leave the office. He also made sure I understood all the action steps (and medication) that I had to do on my own before a follow-up visit in three months. I'm happy to say that it's been about 5 weeks since my initial visit, and I feel great.
In summary, based on my recent experience with Dr. Ken, I can safely say that he got the diagnosis correct, administered the proper treatment, and gave me the instructions I needed to complete the rehab on my own. I'm happy that I've found an amazing urologist who's got a wonderful personality, and who is surrounded by a terrific staff (I probably should have talked more about them, too).

My vasectomy experience was completely painless. I was very worried at first, but Dr. Hsiao and his staff put me at ease. I would recommend Dr. Hsiao to anyone wanting/needing a vasectomy.
