My visit was typical of Dr lights office. Great caring people always with a smile confirming why your there and getting any information ready for your visit with Dr light. Dr light met with me and we discussed my recovery from a surgery 2 weeks earlier. I thanked Dr light several times for sharing his magic hands and interest in me. My appointments with Dr light are dates I look forward to because I know help is on the way. Trudy, Dr lights right hand and office magician is the other half of my physical and spiritual recovery. Dr lights accurate reports and Trudys knolage, skills and shear will power is the reason the insurance co. finally took notice of my failing condition. He asked why I came in. I said because I have a herniated disc in my lower lumbar and spinal stenosis and want to see how it's progressed since my last checkup. He seemed incredulous and asked "Why do you think you have a herniated disc?" which I thought was condescending. I'm not making it up. So I explained that it was the diagnosis of my past three doctors (I've moved cities often). Finally, when he saw the past MRIs, he said "wow you must be in considerable pain". But he didn't really recommend physical therapy or a very compelling treatment plan. He said whenever you want to get surgery, come see me.

I am a very satisfied patient of Dr.Light for 19 years. I've worked in construction for over 30 years most of it plumbing. It would take me a month to tell you all of the different strains a spine has to endure in this type of work. I have come to Dr.Light as a broken man several times and he has put me back together giving me another chance for a full and active life! I truly feel as if I were a teen again after being relieved of the tremendous pain that I was in. Dr.Light has perfected spine surgery and I am the proof! If you love life and want to enjoy it again, go see Dr.Light! Put your spine in the BEST HANDS, because good hands aren't enough! Dr.Light cares for you! After you're appointment you will know it too! Dr.Lights staff is the greatest with Trudy leading the way! Trudy is one the most knowledgeable and pleasant people you will ever meet, a rare find and a great asset in a Doctors office! I've got more to say, just go did! Dr Light has been treating me for over 10 years and I would recommend him and have on several occasions. He gave me my life back and supported me through the toughest time in my life. My initial visit I felt was a good one. Dr. Light listened to me and did a complete initial exam. He wants additional x-rays that should help him for a proper diagnosis. Then he wants to sit down and go over my options.

Dr. Light was great to work with. He spent way more time with me than expected. He was very helpful to come up with a plan to relive the pain in my back. He was concerned and understanding and most of all very helpful. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Light always listens and responds with empathy. His diagnosis and treatment plans are superb. Other patients spontaneously gush over their responses to his treatments and eagerly show their athletic abilities post treatment.
He is a gift from G_d to treat the afflicted. May he be blessed appropriately.
I give thanks daily for his treatment and from their actions and comments in the waiting room I am sure his other patients do the same.

I highly recommend Doctor Light. I find him to be at the top of his field in expertise, an excellent surgeon, an excellent choice for a second opinion, and overall he cares about his patients. I had a surgery by Dr. LIGHT in 1997. It went perfectly. Discectomy and fusion of 2 cervical disc. Excellent surgery and results, minimal crease in front of neck so no real scar. He very reassuringly bent over and looked me directly, gently in the eyes right as I was going under the anesthesia and said, "It's me", to let me know he honored his promise to personally do the surgery. Post surgery was excellent bedside manner also. I think he is rare in his field in his dedication to his life's work.

Dr. LIght's office staff are the most efficient and helpful of any office I have visited. Everyone makes the effort to meet your needs--some going beyond their job description. Dr. Light himself is the reason. The office is a reflection of his treatment of patients. He is professional and personable who understands that he is addressing the needs of a human being. Dr. Light was definitely the "light at the end of the tunnel" for me. After 2 prior surgeries fusing L4-S1 and nerve decompression, and an additional year of constant pain (and multiple pain medications), Dr. Light quickly diagnosed the cause of my pain and performed surgery to properly decompress the nerve and strengthen the failed fusion with a bone graft. It is now 3 months post surgery and I am off all opioids and feeling optimistic that I will get my life back. I highly recommend Dr. Light.

Dr. Light is a highly skilled surgeon. I am extremely pleased with my surgical procedure and outcome. I am so glad that I placed my trust in his hands. His office staff have been very helpful and kind as well. The hospital staff was wonderful and procedure was the best experience I have had out of all of my surgeries.
