Dr Reynolds was fantastic in all categories! One recommendation would be to integrate ZocDoc with their systems. I unfortunately had to fill out all my info twice, once here and once on their website. I know it takes time though.

Dr. Reynolds, an orthopaedic surgeon fellowship-trained in sports medicine and advanced arthroscopy, has a special interest in treating the active population of all ages and levels. His practice focuses on minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, hip, and elbow. His background includes extensive training and expertise in cartilage restoration, joint preserving realignment osteotomies, as well as treatment of complex shoulder conditions ranging from shoulder instability and rotator cuff repair surgery to shoulder replacement surgery.
Born and raised outside of Seattle, Washington, Dr. Reynolds remained in the pacific northwest for college, attending Oregon State University on a baseball scholarship. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, he attended Touro University in the San Francisco Bay Area where he received his medical degree. As a medical student he traveled to both Ecuador and the Dominican Republic on volunteer surgical missions trips where he was introduced to life-altering complex orthopaedic conditions.
Dr. Reynolds completed his general internship and orthopaedic surgery residency through Michigan State University at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan. He then returned to the Bay Area and completed a sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship with Sports Orthopedic and Rehabilitation (SOAR).
Dr. Reynolds’ currently works with Santa Clara University Athletics, San Jose State University athletics and the San Francisco Giants organization.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Reynolds values his time with his wife, April, and their two boys. They enjoy traveling together and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Dr. Reynolds takes time to talk to you to understand what you’re experiencing. He’s great at explaining x-rays and gives options on how to approach solving the issue at hand. He exhibits genuine care and concern along with follow up. I would recommend him 150% to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor.

Second time coming to see Dr. Reynolds. Actually traveled in from out of the area as I was very happy with the work-up done on my first visit that I felt strongly about coming back to get some other issues worked up. The staff is phenomenal and very accommodating with any and all needs. Additionally, Dr. Reynolds is fantastic. Everything was extremely efficient. The procedures were logical and explained to me at each step. The appointment was actually for my husband. I made the appointment with Dr. Reynolds and was told it would be with him. Then received a text saying my husband would be seen by Dr. Gay. Upon getting to the office he was seen by Nurse Practioner Janice. Then a quick meet with Dr Gay. Janice was super nice and great. Just confused as to why I chose a doctor for my husband to see and end up not seeing him or the doctor that they wanted him to see. The front desk young lady said the doctors both do the same thing - that’s fine. But maybe I shouldn’t make an appointment with a certain doctor then? It was just a bit annoying!

I feel so happy that we have Dr. Reynolds in our life. As the mother of 3 Athletic boys we have had our fair share of broken bones and injuries. Dr. Reynolds has always spent so much time to make sure we have all the information needed to make the right decision for treatment. He is so compassionate and really cared about us.I know this because he followed up so many times to make sure we were healing well. Dr. Reynolds goes above and beyond.

My first initial shoulder consultation with Dr. Reynolds was exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, very thorough, and listened to my concerns. He was present, listening to every detail, and gave me a very precise assessment. Due to my insurance policy living in Hawaii I had to have surgery on Oahu, but used Dr. Reynolds throughout the whole process in order to make educated decisions on what was right for me. I have since followed up with my surgeon and Dr. Reynolds on a regular basis and I have to say Kerisimasi has made my whole injury/surgery a smooth process and I would highly recommend him.
