Dr. Browne attended the University of Houston where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology before going on to acquire an MPH (Master of Public Health) from the University of Texas’ School of Public Health. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University and received his MD degree in 1983. His general surgery internship and specialty training in Otolaryngology were completed in 1988 at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Browne then moved to San Antonio where he has been in private practice for over 24 years.

I had a bad experience at another ENT office and going to Dr. Browne was a breath of fresh air, and I hope to be able to breathe all that air soon! He was kind, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly and assured me that he could help me with my chronic sinus infections. I'm confident that post surgery I'll be on the road to recovery and back to doing what I love to do!
