He was very professional and great the only thing is its a small waiting room and waiting over an hour the first time we saw him was uncomfortable. Thank goodness my husband was there. He and I texted our conversation back and forth cause we didn't want others to hear what we were talking about. Not to mention the loud, obnoxious woman across from us.
