My only concern was that COVID-19 procedures were not as tight as I would have liked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The office staff or in Medical terms "gate keepers are assume" . I had searched him out as I have had Meniere's Disease and surgery in another state since 2010. Am thankful I have found a very knowable staff and Dr for my future treatments.

Although the wait time was quite a while, not unexpected for an ENT practice. I found Dr. Donnelly to be very warm, unrushed, and thorough (worth waiting for!).
