Kevin Hur, MD, is an endoscopic sinus and skull base surgeon
specializing in the treatment of sinonasal disease, cerebrospinal
fluid leaks and skull base tumors. He utilizes the most advanced,
minimally invasive techniques to maximize the quality of life of his
patients.
Dr. Hur received his medical doctorate from the Johns Hopkins
School of Medicine and completed his otolaryngology residency
at the University of Southern California. He then completed a
rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery fellowship in Chicago
at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine under
internationally recognized surgeons.
Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, Dr. Hur currently serves patients
in Arcadia and the surrounding communities.

I've seen Dr. Hur a few times this year for some ongoing ear and sinus issues. He is friendly, patient, and empathetic. He has made various suggestions to help address the issues I've been having, trying to find ways to manage things without having to jump to having a procedure done. He also has taken the time to answer all of the questions and concerns I have each time I visit (which hasn't been the case when I've seen other doctors who are quick to dismiss). The audiologist Dr. Parsons (who I had a hearing test with) is also great! I've never had issues finding parking at the Keck USC Arcadia location either, and the offices are modern and well-maintained.

Dr. Hur was great! I find it debilitating to find a healthcare professional, mostly because it seems like there's no shortage of choices (that is, until you go to make the actual appointment and then availability becomes an issue). The office was clean, orderly, and the staff was very polite. They contacted me via email prior to my appointment to have forms filled out and ready. I arrived 15 minutes early, was brought back to the exam room after a short 5 to 10 minute wait, and then saw Dr. Hur shortly thereafter.
The doctor had excellent bedside manner. He was extremely personable, explained things in detail and in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me throughout the exam procedure to feel comfortable (which was no easy feat, as he was sticking a slender, flexible camera through my nose and down into my throat). He was also extremely helpful with other questions I had and clear in next steps.

Came in asked what was going on and addressed every concern that I had. I ended up needing to have my throat and nasal cavities looked at. He provided information as well as reassurance while performing the procedure.
Overall my experience with Dr. Hur was great and if I ever need to see an ENT again I will be going back to his office.

Dr. Hur was quick to advise what steps to be taken to gather a diagnosis. A nasal endoscopy was performed same day of my consultation. There was no discomfort and it was an easy quick process. I had gone to another ENT prior to seeing Dr. Hur which she was quick to give antibiotics and steroids without finding the real issue. Glad got a second opinion with Dr. Hur.

Dr. Hur and his staff were fantastic. The office was super clean and very comfortable. I saw Dr. Hur for some minor ear and nose needs. He had an excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions concisely and clearly, and was extremely helpful, resolving all of my concerns smoothly during the visit.
