I like the way Dr. McGrail takes time to listen and hear your side of what's going on before taking making his diagnosis. Although he is a surgeon there is no rush to perform surgery if there are other treatment options.

I appreciated his conservative approach to my issue; was in line with what I was looking for. He was super nice, as was the student who did my intake. The entire process was highly efficient for such a large and busy operation. I am glad I went to see Dr. McGrail.

Dr. McGrail is a highly professional and kind person who knows what to do and what's best for his patients. My first visit happened unexpectedly pleasant and Dr. McGrail's behavior surprised me.
He doesn't only think about his patients health, but also about their physical appearance which shows how highly professional and caring he is.
I would definitely go back to him should there be a need in the future.
