I understand his policy not to risk difficult procedures, but from another highly educated urologist I got completly different answer. There are plastic surgery options which the doctor didn't want to listen. He simply doesn't want to take responsibility. But his option is not an option for me. I dont want to be "handicapped" till end of my life. Amen

Doctor and his staff were excellent. Lab staff at the front desk was rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t help me because they said they were closed (even though it was 2:45 and the lab closed at 3pm) so I had to come back the next day which was a big inconvenience. The following day, the lab staff member at the front desk was also rude but the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind and gracious.

waste of time doctors don't listen and will ask for test which will take months of time then for this doctors appointment it will take 3 more months till that u have to be with pain

I can't say enough about Dr. McVary and Loyola Medicine. I have a very unusual condition that was poorly diagnosed by another urologist who glanced at the MRI, said he didn't know what it was and wanted to schedule surgery. I waited 2 months for that 15 minute appointment. At Loyola, I was seen by two doctors, had three tests, was examined multiple times and told exactly what they needed to do and what they suspected was going on. They listened to what I had to say, explained everything carefully and I left with the highest degree of confidence that I finally had the right doctors. Thank you so much.
