In the years following the completion of his fellowship training, he noted a paucity of psychiatric services in the area. For this reason, the concept of Simmons Psychiatry was developed. Dr. Simmons has a breadth of experience in dealing with various psychiatric diagnoses. He has worked in settings ranging from patient homes to MHMRA clinics to Psychiatric emergency rooms.
