I love this doctor. In previous appointments he took his time with me and conveyed a general interest in me. He was thorough and made good eye contact. Fantastic bedside manners. Sadly, I made another appointment to see him. HE IS NO LONGER AT THIS CLINIC. I drove all the way there only to be told he is not there and they would not provide information how I could contact him. The staff had little regard that I drove all the way there only to find out he left. I called Zocdoc and was told it is the clinic's responsibility to remove him from this clinic. However, I see he is still listed as being there. Very poor patient care. I had no intentions of seeing another doctor there. Hard pass.

I work in sales, and I believe that the best sales people take the time to understand their they're clients concerns and needs. It's really a trait that can be applied to any service related position. It requires asking clarifying questions, and it shows that you're attentive to the needs of others. I think Dr. Stephen and his support staff did amazing job in that reguar. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Stephens is personable, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and explain the medical aspect of your condition and doesn't make you feel rushed. His office staff members are equally friendly. Most importantly, the office honors your appointment time so you aren't waiting for hours to be seen.
