The doctor is great and professional and listens to his patient .
The assistants are nice too but they have a very nasty old lady in the front desk that keeps yelling at the patients . She’s disliked by almost every patient because of her ride attitude.

He then started a Family Medicine Residency in 2005 and has been licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York since 2008. His clinic specializes in Family Medicine and Aesthetics. The visit, once I saw the doctor, was fine. However, I waited over 1.5 hours before seeing him. I got blood drawn at their office as well, very convenient - however I got a call the next day that my sample had been compromised and I would need to come in again. After spending almost 2 hours, I decided I would take my chances somewhere else.

Staff is fairly nice and friendly. The doctor is okey too. The Wait time is Horrible! Had an appointment for 10am & Dr arrived at 11am... Didn't call me in until 11:30 and saw him for 7 minutes. It's always a walk in sort of schedule here.

He was VERY professional, very helpful when it came to what I was there for and he listened to my concerns, he didn't just talk. His office was packed and usually I get very impatient and complain about how my appointment was one time but I'm being seen another time but the environment was comfortable so I didn't pay it any attention. His professionalism was worth the wait.

I waited for roughly 2 hours to be seen. I wish the staff would have been up front and told me about the estimated wait time. I would have gone elsewhere. What I needed was relatively quick and easy.
I would have come back in the future if they could have been upfront. Every 30 minutes or so they said I was very soon.
Otherwise that it was fine. Middle of the road general doctor. I kind of wish they would have offered no-copay or something to try and maintain the relationship since it was my first time there and I live so close.

Doctor was friendly and professional. Nurse was more of the same and very polite. I don't like complaining and generally consider myself to be more patient than the average person, but I don't think it is reasonable to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes before being examined by a nurse, and 1 hour and a half before seeing the doctor. Luckily, I had nothing else to do that was time sensitive after this appointment.
In the end, I'll almost certainly go back, because the service and care were good, and because, like all businesses, medical offices can get overwhelmed with longer than expected queues and business volume; I just hope this is not the standard way of doing things.

The most gentle hand. He drew my blood and tested for TB to clear me for a new job I am starting soon. It is rare that a doctor takes the time to do that! I had a wonderful experience and would recommend getting a physical/Blood work done. He was very professional.

I went for a normal yearly physical and just wanted him to clean my ears because one of them felt blocked with wax.
I had made an appointment, which was then confirmed. I waited 2.5 hours for my turn and then when the doctor finally saw me he checked my ears but did nothing to clean them. He made some excuse about that I should go to an ENT specialist but when I pressed him that no PCP ever told me that he told me the truth: that he didn't have the simple equipment needed. He knew it was missing, and sort of blamed it on his staff for not taking care of things.
After 3 hours I left, with my ears still bothering me. Wasted my Saturday afternoon for nothing.

The wait was so long. Dr. Osman is very kind and gentle but the wait is brutal. I was told my husband and I would be called about our bloodwork results... Never happened. I also recieved a bill for my bloodwork since the office didn't enter my insurance info correctly.

Even though early appointments are listed on ZocDoc, he is never in his office until noon or later. I've had to wait in their waiting room for over an hour, sometimes an hour and a half to be seen. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the office is definitely very comfortable and clean. My only criticism is that they should not book appointments in the morning if he is not there and make patients wait for 1-2 hours for him to arrive. Besides that Dr.Osman is a very professional, thorough practitioner and I am very happy to have him as my primary care doctor.

He is the BEST primary care physician I have been treated by. His office is very clean and very comfortable and there is no red tape and the staff is very friendly and personable. He is very approachable and understands and non judgmental like he is supposed to be and does not trivialize the patient or traumatize to take rampant medication. His referral to Astoria Family Pharmacy on Steinway street and they home delivered my meds! I recommend you go see the doctor! He is always in!!!!

Waited 2 hours on top of my appointment! Doctor suggested he would do a treatment to ensure diagnosis, but instead went with his gut instinct! This is not how medical professionals should act!

It didn't seem busy but I arrived for a 2:45 pm appt and didn't get into the exam room until 4. Then I think I waited another 15 minutes for the Dr. Not very pleased.

Dr Osman is a really good doctor but out of the four appointments I booked, I twice got told (after signing in) that the doctor wasn't in the office and that I had to reschedule an appointment.
