Dr. Qaddir was compassionate, kind, and informative. He was calm throughout the entire process, both appointment and colonoscopy and treated me with extraordinary kindness and professionalism. He quickly put to rest any anxieties I had & was exceptionally thorough in his examination. I chose to be awake for my colonoscopy (doctor allowed for my choice) and had a pain free procedure even with biopsy and polyp removal. I give Dr. Qaddir my highest recommendation.

Dr. Qadir attended the Army Medical College in his native Pakistan to complete his medical degree. Dr. Qadir relocated to Farmington, CT to complete his internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut. For his gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship, Dr. Qadir attended the Department of Internal Medicine of the University of Iowa. He then joined the Gastroenterology Division the University of Iowa and practiced and taught medicine as Assistant Professor of Medicine for several years. Dr. Qadir welcomes patients to his practice who are having problems with abdominal pain, acid reflux disease (heart burn), Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, vomiting, liver problems, constipation, hepatitis B and C, gall bladder problems, among various others. It is his life’s passion to assist his patients in the treatment and management of gastroenterological discomforts and conditions.
