Kelly Harley, nurse practitioner, handled my diabetic follow up and was extremely informative, professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend as I’ve never had such personal care and attention given to me from any DR/PA/NP.

I like the convenience of MedicsUSA, although this last visit I was waiting quite a bit before I was seen by the doctor.
The waiting time in the office need to improve!! I have been waiting for 30 mins passed my 11am appointment. Not cool.

I had an appointment & I was in & out in 30 minutes! Dr Rashid is competent, professional and a good listener.

The doctor who saw me was fantastic. The only issue I had was scheduling the appointment. Otherwise great!

Long waiting time.Nurse was overwhelming, because she was the only doctor that day probably.
He was great. He sat down and spoke with me in regards to bettering my health and posture.
He was polite, professional and friendly. Diagnosed my issues quickly and found solutions.
Was very nice, but answered questions vaguely. Still feel like I need to see someone else.
Great visit. Dr. Rashid is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I feel in good hands.

Wonderful people, no wait. The only concern is they seem to squeeze money out of you.

I had a pleasant experience. Nothing to complain about.
Verified patient
Unprofessional. I saw this doctor two or three times and each time he made unsolicited comments about my IUD that I found old-fashioned, inappropriate, and unprofessional. He also wasn’t ever able to help me solve the original problem I came to see him for. Would not recommend and won’t be back.
Great!
Great. No issue.
Kelly Harley, nurse practitioner, handled my diabetic follow up and was extremely informative, professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend as I’ve never had such personal care and attention given to me from any DR/PA/NP.

Waited over an hour for an appointment.
It was good visit, and Dr Rashid is a great provider. My only wish is that the office staff was a bit more prepared and that health screening results were updated in the patient portal in a much more timely manner.
Pretty typical office visit for a check up. Probably had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time, which is not unusual in my experience (especially late in the day). All the staff members were pleasant and accommodating. I only spoke with Dr. Rashid briefly during the physical examination since I don’t have much by the way of health complaints, but he didn’t seem hurried or in a rush and answered all my questions. I found his bedside manner quite pleasant and have overall positive feelings about my visit.
This office is one of the worst doctor's offices I have ever been to. Besides the fact that it is messy and disorganized, they are terribly unresponsive via phone or their patient portal. I sent several messages and called several times about an MRI appointment I was supposed to get. The office where I was going to get the MRI let me know that it had not been authorized by insurance and that my doctor needed to give them a call. My doctor never called and after I tried reaching out to Dr. Rashid and the MedicsUSA office SEVERAL times, I never heard back and was unable to get my MRI. After they rescheduled my MRI, Dr. Rashid was supposed to call and try to get authorization in time- of course, he never did and I never got ahold of anyone to talk to. Terrible office- please if you can go somewhere else where you will actually be cared for.

Dr. Rashid was a great when i was in the room. but to be honest, i wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone. once you leave the office, the patient care drops to 0. insurance and pharmacy called me three times to state that they were getting absolutely no help from the office regarding authorization for Rx prescribed by Dr. Rashid. I spoke to three different techs who assured me it was going to be taken care of.... it has yet to be - one month later. i called in to speak with a manager or request a call back. a tech tried her best to get me to take "an alternate route". i work in ophthalmology as a tech.. so its farely easy to pick up poor customer care. i chose this dr. as my primary... and quickly changed after experiencing this.

The most thorough and yet concise annual physical I’ve had. Dr. Rashid was attentive and informative. I’m thrilled I found a new GP.

Ok I guess
Overall good. Waited 45 mins to be seen.

Unnecessary follow-up for vitamin deficiencies. I made the most of the visit, but this could have been handled through their portal easily.
I got to the office early and they were able to see me earlier. I liked that they had a questionnaire for mental health too and Dr. Rashid took some time to listen to me. I was in and out in less than half hour and I don’t t feel like it was rushed at all.

Staff was great! Doctor was very quick and concerned. Bedside manner was good! Whole appointment took 45 min max and I was a new patient with paperwork to fill out.
Verified patient
He was very respectful. He listened to my symptoms and concerns, and took me more seriously than most of doctors I've seen in my life.

Yearly physical.
He picked up on it right away that my son was missing some shots that was needed, had made recommendations for his acne on his face along with a prescription. My son got the attention that he never would have gotten under Unity clinic.
Verified patient
I would recommend Dr. Rashid and his staff - all very professional. However, I had a 2:30 appointment and because they were going to draw blood, I had to fast. I got there at 2:15 knowing I'd have to fill out new patient information. Finally at 3:50, I went to reception and told them because of my hypoglycemia, I was feeling light headed & dizzy. I finally got into an exam room at 4:00. If I were a walk-in, I'd expect to wait but for a person having an appointment that included fasting, I feel that patient should be seen on time. I am returning to see Dr. Rashid to discuss my test results and I look forward to getting his wellness recommendations.
