The staff is very friendly. I had a really great conversation with Dr Trinh during my eye exam. Nicest eye doctor I’ve ever met! The exam was thorough and he answered all my questions. I’ll be back for sure!

The doctor and staff were really nice and helpful and help me within my budget which was perfect! Very friendly and spoke up when I informed them of a hearing issue and maintained a good volume through the duration of the appointment. That's big for me! Not having to constantly ask someone to repeat themselves is awesome.

A bit unfriendly but the visit was quick. I had to ask a ton of questions to understand what I was going to be charged, I would ask how much the services they were offering cost with my insurance and they wouldn't answer me directly... Anyway, I got what I needed.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Trinh was very thorough and seemed to pay more attention to detail and explaining things than a lot of the optometrists I've seen in my life. I'll definitely be going back.

Everyone looked cranky and not very friendly. The receptionist kept throwing things on her desk like she didn't care to be there. Dr was informative but sounded accusive too like "how dare you not bringing your kids a lot sooner". Over all, I'm not that impressed and probably won't return. Plus their glasses options are very little.

When I first got there there was no one at the front desk to check in. Waited 5-10 minutes before anyone even came to the desk. After that they took me back to get tests done and then to see the doctor. All of that went well. Went to check out and it was a bit confusing. I never received an itemized receipt just one with the total on it. They are wanting me to come in for more tests and I think they're just trying to get more money out of me. Don't think I will be going back once I pick up my contacts.

I was super frustrated that I filled out all of the preregistration information on this website and yet I was asked twice to do it again in office. They finally told me that I had to fill it all out again even though I had done it online; I could not understand the woman's reason. Frustrating.

It was the worst appointment of my life. She never asked me why I was there and started her exam without asking. Then when I told her my issues she asked me if I was lying about my age coz I seemed too young to have that issue so therefore I must be older than what I'm claiming to be. For the record I'm 39 and she asked me at least twice and I told her that I'm very offended by her question. I asked if people lie about their age in her culture and she said yes. I again expressed how deceived I am by her lack of professionalism. I asked for some literature for my case but she said just google it.
The waiting area is horrible and dirty. The whole thing seems like a doc office / pho place where employee cook and eat at the same spot so I had my exam in a room that smelled exactly like a restaurant kitchen.
So disappointed again the worst doc experience of my life

I was sent to Clear Vision by my Optometrist for an OCT test. The young lady who did the test was very professional. I was told that the film of the test would be mailed to my Optometrist. Well more than a week has gone by and my Optometrist has not received the film. So I called at 9:23 this morning (Monday 8/29) to follow up on when the film was mailed. The employee I spoke with told me that the film would not be mailed without a release from the doctor.. so nothing was mailed. This answer was given to me without her checking anything.
So I decided to call back. It sounded as though I was speaking to the same person, but she said she never spoke to me. After explaining what I was told by the first employee,again without checking, I was told the film was mailed. So at this point I don't know if the film was mailed or not. I have never experienced anything like this with any optometry company in all my years. Not good.

The visit itself was fine. After I had my eye exam, in which I told them I needed a contacts prescription, I tried to order contacts and found out that they had given me the wrong exam. When I called to figure this out, they said I had to come in for a totally new exam (just for contacts) and I had to pay for both. It was an extremely inconvenient error and I won't be going back.

He was very honest and straight forward. He went very fast with the eye exam and was somewhat impatient with me. I will follow his advice. It is nice to hear one good thing during the exam.

Dr. Trinh was professional and provided a lot of information through out the process. She was really helpful and had a wonderful personality. Her staff were also very personable. Would definitely recommend!

The doctor was soft, calm and gentle with Micheal. He loved her. She handled his disability (cerebal palsy) with ease and her manner was very professional.
